Advanced Injury Care and Injury Experts are both physician-run accident and injury practices in St. Louis. Both treat car crash, work and fall injuries, and both do image-guided injections. The difference is the model. Advanced Injury Care spreads a team of physicians, physician assistants and a nurse practitioner across four offices. Injury Experts is one office, near Lambert Airport, where one five-times board-certified physician leads the evaluation, runs the nerve testing himself and writes the record your claim will be judged on.
You are hurt, the adjuster has already called, and you’re comparing two websites at midnight. Fair enough. Here is what each practice says about itself, side by side, so you can pick the one that fits your injury. Their column comes from their own website, read on October 24, 2026. Ours comes from this one.

Where Advanced Injury Care has the edge
Four offices beat one if your car is totaled and the ride across town is the hard part. They also list same-day appointments and transportation on request, and nobody should pretend that doesn’t matter the week after a crash. If getting seen tomorrow, close to home, is the whole problem, call them.
Where Injury Experts is built differently
An injury claim is decided on paper, months later, by people who never met you. The adjuster reads your chart looking for the gap: the week you didn’t go in, the injection given blind, the nerve complaint nobody tested. So we build the chart the way a defense expert will read it.
That starts with measuring instead of asking. A pain score is your word against theirs. An EMG that shows a pinched nerve root, or a diagnostic block that switches a specific pain off and lets it come back, is a result. Dr. Padda performs and reports the nerve study himself, so the person who examined you is the person who signs the result.
Every injection here is placed under ultrasound or live X-ray. A missed needle doesn’t just fail to help. It goes into your chart as a failed treatment, and an adjuster will quote that line back to your attorney.
And the injury doesn’t heal apart from the body it happened to. High blood sugar, belly fat and broken sleep keep tissue inflamed, and inflamed tissue heals slower and hurts more. That’s why diet and sleep come up at the visits, and why our rehab is ordered and adjusted by the physician, not handed off.
Five questions to ask any injury clinic, including us
- Who examines me on the first visit, and is that the person who signs my records?
- If my arm or leg is numb or tingling, will you test the nerve, and who reads the test?
- Is every injection done under ultrasound or X-ray?
- How will I pay: my health plan, the injury claim, a lien or workers’ comp?
- What happens to my records when my attorney asks for them?
A clinic that answers all five straight is one you can work with. If you want our answers in person, book a visit.

Frequently asked questions
Is Injury Experts an alternative to Advanced Injury Care?
Yes. Both are physician-run injury practices in St. Louis that treat car crash, work and fall injuries with image-guided injections. Injury Experts is a single office where the evaluating physician also performs the nerve testing and writes the claim record. Learn more: car accident injury treatment.
Can I switch injury doctors in the middle of a claim?
Yes, on a car crash claim the choice of doctor is yours. Tell your attorney, ask your current clinic to send your records, and bring your imaging. On an accepted Missouri workers’ comp claim the employer’s insurer picks the treating doctor, so the switch goes through the adjuster or your attorney.
Does Injury Experts take patients on a lien?
Yes. After a crash, care is often billed to the injury claim or under a medical lien. Our staff walks you through the billing path before anything is done. Learn more: orthobiologics and PRP injections.
